MidAtlanticBroadband Acquires CommTech Wireless, Inc.

Fredericksburg, Virginia -- January 12, 2004 -- MidAtlanticBroadband (MidAtlantic), a rapidly growing, facilities-based, telephone company, announced today that it has acquired CommTech Wireless, Inc. (CommTech).  CommTech, based in Warrenton, Virginia, is a provider of fixed wireless Internet services.  CommTech fixed wireless network covers large sections of Fauquier County, VA.
