MidAtlanticBroadband Opens Co-Location Center in Baltimore

Baltimore, Maryland -- June 15, 2004 -- MidAtlanticBroadband (MidAtlantic), a rapidly growing, facilities-based, telephone company, has opened a data center and co-location center in Baltimore, Maryland.  The co-location facility houses computer servers, telecommunications equipment and backup generators and provides a safe and secure way for businesses of all sizes to connect to the Internet.  Instead of installing equipment at their own site, companies can use MidAtlantic's co-location facility to handle their telecommunications needs, saving the expense of equipment and office space.

"Our goal is to help businesses use technology to improve their bottom line, quot; said Willie Vereen, MidAtlantic President and CEO.  Mr. Vereen further added:  "Our Baltimore co-location facility combined with our planned Washington, D.C. facility will provide our customers with data center and collocation services in Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Maryland."
